By accessing and using Review Multiplier ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quill Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 07388080), trading as Review Multiplier.

Review Multiplier is a Shopify application that helps merchants: • Aggregate customer reviews from multiple platforms • Display reviews across various channels • Enhance review visibility and reach • Comply with platform-specific guidelines • Manage and respond to customer feedback The Service integrates with your Shopify store and third-party review platforms to provide comprehensive review management capabilities.

You agree to use Review Multiplier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Manipulate, falsify, or artificially generate reviews • Infringe upon intellectual property rights • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Violate the terms of service of integrated platforms We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quill Media Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access. You may not use content from the Service unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Review Multiplier operates on a subscription basis through Shopify's billing system: • Free trial period: 14 days • Subscription fees are billed monthly through Shopify • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are handled per Shopify's policies • You can cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Accuracy or reliability of information • Meeting your specific requirements We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to increased sales, improved rankings, or enhanced visibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Quill Media Ltd shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or system failures • Third-party platform changes or restrictions • Actions of other users or third parties Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quill Media Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party • Your content or reviews • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to: • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time • Update these Terms at our discretion • Change pricing with appropriate notice • Add or remove features Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • By you: Cancel subscription through Shopify at any time • By us: For violation of Terms or at our discretion • Immediately upon written notice for material breach • Upon insolvency or cessation of business Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
